I am using the copy job function more often than ever. I love how easy it makes creating the job, especially when the customer sounds rushed or I have six more jobs to enter. What an awesome function!
In the age of efficient customer service, I get great feedback for how fast we create the job and they don’t have to repeat their information each time they call.
Thank you, Kelly, for your positive feedback…!
